Usability engineering is a field that is concerned generally with human-computer interaction and specifically with making human-computer interfaces that have high usability or user friendliness. In effect, a user-friendly interface is one that allows users to effectively and efficiently accomplish the tasks for which it was designed.
The picture below is a most humorous example of user interface usability that any usability engineer would propose. I am sure there will be nothing to explain when you see the picture yourself because a picture is worth a 1000 words. Now it makes sense to me that why usability engineers don’t design video games.
Hint : If usability engineer develops video games then it might have a single button to click and rescue the princes instead of playing long time taking video games.
